You've got a choice. You can contact us by telephone at 800-699-2556 between the hours of 7:00am - 9:00pm (CST) Monday through Friday and 9:30am - 6:00pm (CST) Saturday, or you can email us at customerservice@dieseltimeframes.com. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours, excluding weekends, or during the office fishing trip the third week of June.

If you are not satisfied with your Diesel Time Frame, please put yourself in its position and ask yourself: is it satisfied with me? Maybe your watch is experiencing disappointment? Did it have other expectations for the kind of person who would purchase it? Perhaps it expected a happier more outgoing customer would become its owner? Or perhaps one with a less hairy wrist? Anyway - we suggest talking to your Time Frame to get to know it better before making any rash decisions. If after trying several relationship-building exercises, you decide not to keep your watch, you can return it and receive a full refund within 90-days of purchase. Please make note: the returned Time Frame must be in resalable condition, and cannot show any signs of wear. You'll need to consult the packing slip that came with your shipment for the rest of the return instructions. For added convenience, a prepaid UPS return shipping label will be provided with your shipment. Take a note of the tracking number for your records.
